飞书模板：功能与配置

了解 MediaClaw 飞书模板的数据表、AI 字段和通知能力，并完成首次连接配置。

请大家耐心拿出 20min左右，飞书配置只做一次；日常使用同步功能请看同步到飞书多维表格。

飞书同步需要完成激活码鉴权，可前往官网购买激活码。没有激活码时，可以先使用免费的采集和导出功能。

Click “Use this template” in the top-right of the template page

把模板移动到云盘

复制好模板后，模板默认会被复制到「我的文档库」。请移动到 云盘 → 我的文件夹。这一步决定了链接是 base 还是 wiki——放错位置，第 4 步拿到的链接就同步不了。

设置链接权限

模板权限必须设置成 互联网获得链接的人可编辑。

把链接填到插件

复制模板链接，填到插件的 偏好设置 → 飞书多维表格文档 URL。

链接中间必须是 base，不能是 wiki。链接是 wiki 时，说明模板还在知识库或文档库中，请回到上一步移动到云盘。

检查表名

插件的 飞书归档目标配置 里有六类数据表名称，必须与飞书模板左侧的实际数据表名称一一对应（排列顺序可以不同）：单笔记采集、关键词笔记采集、博主信息表、博主笔记采集、评论区客资采集、监控内容表。

后续版本升级可能还会新增数据表。如果名称不一致，或你要改动某张表的名称，需要两边一起改对应上，否则数据无法同步。

表格里新增自己的字段不影响同步，但不要修改模板自带字段的名称和类型，改了以后数据可能写不进去。

测试同步一条数据

  1. 先用插件采集一条内容。
  2. 到数据池确认有记录。
  3. 点击 同步飞书。
  4. 打开飞书模板，确认表格里出现新数据。

飞书的 AI 能力配置（选做）

复制模板后，如果要用 AI 能力，发现表头字段带橙色感叹号，就说明该字段还没有关联你自己的账号（会提示「该字段关联的账号出现异常」）。下面两种方式都能进入这个字段的配置——点感叹号选 重新配置，或者右键字段列选 修改字段/列——任选其一，再按下面的步骤换成你自己申请的凭证。

这些 AI 字段不是 MediaClaw 开发的功能。 能力本身由飞书多维表格的「第三方字段捷径」和背后的模型服务商（阿里云百炼、火山引擎豆包、字段捷径服务商等）提供；本节只讲怎么把这些现成能力组装进模板。你可以按自己的需求换模型、改提示词、加字段——这也是飞书多维表格灵活的地方。

字段问题找谁： 字段的报错、识别 / 生成效果、免费额度和计费，都归对应服务商，请查服务商的文档或联系其客服——这些账号和字段都配置在你自己的飞书里，MediaClaw 没有权限、也无法代为调试。只有「插件采集 → 数据池 → 同步飞书」这条链路上的问题才需要找 MediaClaw，排查步骤见常见问题。

关于额度： 这些能力根据自己的需求选配，下标每项能力都有服务商各自发放的免费额度，日常用量一般够用；超出部分按各服务商的价格从你自己的账号结算，不占用插件的积分额度。好处是用量和花费都在你自己手里，透明可控（正常来说，不同服务商各充 5 块钱也能用很久）。

以下字段都不是固定绑死的，你理解了原理，可以在字段捷径市场更换任一其他同类型的字段完成类似任务。

链接转附件

配置好之后，「图片链接」列里的文本链接会自动转成「封面图」「附件图片」这类字段里可预览的缩略图。

这类字段用的是 链接转附件 字段捷径，把采集到的图片链接直接转成可预览的附件。新用户有 500 次免费额度，用完之后需要去开发者的官网充值。打开字段配置，字段类型选 链接转附件，指定包含链接的来源字段，再点 + 关联账号，在弹窗里填入字段捷径服务商的 API key（点输入框右侧的 ↗ 图标可跳到服务商页面获取）。

模板里的「视频逐字稿提取」用的是飞书字段捷径 音频视频转文案｜影子，识别由 阿里云百炼 的 Paraformer 完成。字段关联的是你自己的百炼 API Key，消耗的也是你自己账号的额度，目前该模型每月赠送 10 小时免费额度。

第 1 步 · 在阿里云百炼申请 API Key

  1. 打开阿里云百炼控制台，登录后在首页 常用功能 → API Key 进入。
  2. 首次使用需要先完成 实名认证：账号面板会提示 去认证，进入账号中心 → 账号认证，选 个人认证 走完流程。
  3. 认证通过后回到 API Key 页面，点右上角 创建 API Key，创建后立即复制保存（只完整显示一次）。

第 2 步 · 把 Key 填进模板字段

  1. 在飞书模板里右键「视频逐字稿提取」列 → 修改字段/列。
  2. 字段类型确认是 字段捷径 → 音频视频转文案｜影子；如果你的模板还是旧字段，在字段捷径里搜「影子」换成这个。
  3. 音视频链接 选 视频链接 字段（只能选文本或超链接字段，不支持附件）。
  4. 打开 关联账号，点 + 关联账号，填入刚复制的阿里云百炼 API Key，保存字段配置后等待逐字稿生成。

文本生成

脚本分析、评论分析、二创改写仿写这三个字段都用 文本生成 字段捷径，默认模型是火山引擎的 Doubao-Seed-2.0-pro，每个模型赠送 50 万 Token。三个字段的账号配置方式完全一样，申请一次凭证给三个字段共用即可。

配好后，三个字段分别输出脚本分析、评论分析和同题改写结果：

Script analysis: scores each dimension and proposes fixes
Comment analysis: distills user-need types and follow-up topic ideas
Rewrite: deconstructs the source note and drafts a fresh same-topic post

第 1 步 · 注册火山引擎并实名认证

  1. 打开火山引擎官网注册并登录。
  2. 在控制台右上角头像 → 账号管理 → 实名认证，选 个人认证 完成认证。

第 2 步 · 开通豆包模型并创建推理接入点

  1. 打开火山方舟控制台-模型广场，找到 Doubao-Seed-2.0-pro 模型页，点 API 接入，在「快捷 API 接入」的 STEP 2 里选择模型并点 开通模型（选 pro）。
  2. 到 在线推理 → 自定义推理接入点，点 创建推理接入点，填名称、推理模式选 指定单一模型，添加模型 选刚开通的 Doubao-Seed-2.0-pro。
  3. 接入模式选 按 Token 付费，点 创建并接入。

Find “Doubao-Seed-2.0-pro” in the model square and open its detail page
Click “API access” in the top-right of the model detail page
In Quick API access STEP 2, pick Doubao-Seed-2.0-pro and click “Enable model”
Back in the console, open “Inference” in the left nav
Online inference → “Model endpoints”, click “+ Create endpoint” in the top-right
Name the endpoint, set inference mode to “Single model”, then click “+ Add model”
In “Select model”, choose Doubao-Seed-2.0-pro (not lite / mini)
Set access mode to “Pay per token” and click “Create and connect”

第 3 步 · 复制 API_KEY 和接入点 ID

创建成功后进入接入点详情：页面顶部的 ID（ep- 开头） 就是接入点 ID；在 API 接入 → 选择 API Key（ark 开头） 点 选择 API Key 并复制，在弹窗里点某个 Key 的 选择使用 复制出 API Key。

第 4 步 · 填进模板字段

在飞书模板里右键脚本分析 / 评论分析 / 二创改写任意一列 → 修改字段/列，滚到底部打开 关联账号 → + 关联账号，把 密钥 ARK_API_KEY（第 3 步的 API Key）和 接入点 ID（ep- 开头）分别填进去。三个字段各关联一次。

字段里的提示词是可以改的，改法和整列批量执行见同步飞书批量分析和创作。

Markdown渲染插件

脚本分析、评论分析这些字段的输出是 Markdown 源码，在单元格里直接看不方便。在多维表格右上角 插件 入口打开插件市场，搜 Markdown，安装免费的 Markdown 内容渲染（点单元格实时渲染）。安装后从插件的 … 菜单选 固定至侧边栏，之后点任意单元格就能看到渲染效果。

API Key / ARK_API_KEY 不要放进公开文档、截图、代码仓库或共享聊天。怀疑泄露时，应立即到对应服务商控制台撤销并重新生成。
